Shipping Policy:

C.Z. Falconer ships domestic/US via Fedex Ground.  Please allow 6-8 days for delivery.

Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and are based on quantity of units ordered. $10.00 for the first item plus $2.50 for each additional item. 

For international customers, shipping is $25.00 for the first item and accrues at $10.00 increments for each additional item.  Please allow 8 - 10 days for international delivery.

All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Orders received after noon (12:00pm PST) are shipped the following day.

All orders received after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays because quite frankly, we love holidays.

Return Policy:

Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.

All returns must be received within seven days of return request.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

C.Z. Falconer has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.

All merchandise purchased “On Sale” or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.

To return an item please email sales@czfalconer.com and we will send instructions. 

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery.

C.Z. Falconer does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
